Job Description

 Job Description:

  •  LE Reporting Computation Fast learner, quick to adjust and highly responsive
  •  Coordination and Collation of Data Extraction and submission of Unaudited (Raw) Sales from Suyen
  •  Collation and Validation of KPIs: Unit Count, Transaction Count, Traffic Count, Consultation Count, Recruitment Count, Top 10 Products in Value, Transactions based on Nationality and Disposition (Local or Foreign), Product/Promotional Sets Sold Count, Promotions Sales Performance Tracking, Customer Compliments/Feedback with Suyen
  •  Store Inventory monitoring and lost sales tracking
  •  Commission
  •  Commission and Incentive Computation for previous month completed and validated before 15th of current month payout
  •  Chase Suyen for Audited Monthly Sales Performance and use data to compute for Actual Monthly Sales Performance
  •  Budget and Expenses Management
  •  Promo Review: Compute to measure ROI of promotions so Group R&E can analyse
  •  Interdepartmental Tasks: Tracking of filed PO to stay in budget; on-time processing of GR and coordination of request between departments on LLD. Coordination with external suppliers and consultants.
