We are working with a client based in the heart of Durham to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis, potentially leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work shift patterns Monday – Saturday, with various shift patterns to choose from including a 4-day working week!

Full training will be provided, however experience of working within a financial position, or a good customer service background is extremely beneficial as you will be required to deliver excellent customer care whilst using internal systems.
