Job Description

SUPERVISOR

Hotel supervisors are in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations. Ensure that all staff members are performing their duties properly and that guests are having a positive experience while staying at the hotel and ensuring that all hotel standards are being met.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hotel supervisor supervises all aspects of hotel operations, including concierge and customer service.
•  Responds to all concerns and problems
• Ensures an optimal level of service and hospitality
• Works to maintain, update and train staff on service, hospitality, and safety policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any 4-year degree holder with a relevant experience as Supervisor or a similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in manning
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Leadership ability
