Job Description

Position Summary and Qualification:

  • Has 1-2 years related work experience
  • Bachelor’s/ College Degree Holder
  • Knowledge in SEC and /or BIR compliances is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  1. Timeliness of application, registration and renewal process of all regulatory documents to avoid penalties and apprehensions
  2. Proficiency in the application process through accuracy and timeliness to ensure the licenses and permits are secured on time.
  3. Ensure corporate documents are managed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Skills and competency building of direct reports through coaching and mentoring.
  5. Management of employee disciplinary process and performance review
  6. Monitors all activities of Metro Manila staff on a daily basis.
  7. Provide management reports to departmentt head regarding status updates of applications with minimal supervision.
  8. And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
