Job Description
- Organization Development (OD)
1.1 Implement review and analysis of organizational climate and organizational development programs.
1.2 Conduct corporate-wide OD programs as approved by management in order to create work environments that are conducive to the development and maintenance of positive attitudes and optimum work performance.
1.3 Analyze organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement them.
1.4 Conducts departmental consultations to identify root cause of the problem and possibly, find solutions.
1.5 Facilitate organizational development projects and programs.
1.6 Implement constant communication and document based on the report gathered.
1.7 Facilitate OD teams working with HR on various People initiatives.
- HR Analytics
2.1 Will design and execute standard reports, complex statistical models to provide HR and leaders with insights to help on their decisions to build strategies in addressing solutions and developments.
2.2 Mitigate risks and create possible solutions and present to the leaders of the organization.
2.3 Recommend programs based on gathered data that will have a short-term or long-term impact on the organizational goals.
2.4 Partner with the department heads to determine and implement analytics capability framework that enables a sophisticated report that will provide models for strategic initiatives.
2.5 Will use variety of established quantitative and qualitative methods using survey, focus group discussions, database mining, etc. to gather, analyze and interpret data.
2.6 Derive useful information for key business initiatives.
2.7 Provide training to internal/ external stakeholders on data interpretation and evaluation, so as statistical and analytical techniques.
2.8 Develop useful metrics, models, dashboards and reports to support variety of HR and business initiatives.
2.9 Produce clear, concise reports and presentation.
2.10 Manage multiple and simultaneous work streams.
Use skills such as statistical techniques, factor analysis, survey sampling and data collection strategies.
Job Specification:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
- 5 years of work experience in Human Resources specializing Organizational Development
