Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Encoder. The Inventory Encoder will play a crucial role in accurately recording and maintaining our inventory transactions, including sales invoices, purchase orders, and deliveries. The ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be open to training and be flexible to work night shifts when required.

Responsibilities:

• Encode and accurately input data from sales invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents into the inventory management system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded data.
• Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in generating regular inventory reports, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and stock levels.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in inventory management software and procedures.
• Maintain data integrity by performing thorough data validation and quality checks.
• Support the continuous improvement of inventory management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
