Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Sales or in any Business Course.
• Good English communication skills.
• Highly organized and willing to learn.
• Attentive and has a sense of responsibility.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills and willingness to learn.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communications, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
2. Serves as the first point of the customer for general inquiries like pricing, product scheduling, etc.
3. Coordinates with client’s order to Service Bureau Department with regards to personalization, fulfillment services, and delivery status and vice versa.
4. Coordinates client’s order to DZ Card affiliate’s offices abroad with regard to production, delivery, and network status.
5. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Account Sales Manager and Operation Manager
6. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
7. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
