Job Hiring “Customer Sales Representative” Dz card Phils Inc
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Sales or in any Business Course.
- Good English communication skills.
- Highly organized and willing to learn.
- Attentive and has a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills and willingness to learn.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communications, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- Serves as the first point of the customer for general inquiries like pricing, product scheduling, etc.
- Coordinates with client’s order to Service Bureau Department with regards to personalization, fulfillment services, and delivery status and vice versa.
- Coordinates client’s order to DZ Card affiliate’s offices abroad with regard to production, delivery, and network status.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Account Sales Manager and Operation Manager
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
