Job Description

Provide business partnering for the assigned department/function and will lead the following touchpoints of HR in Compensation and Benefits & Performance and Programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree /Master’s degree is an advantage
• Strong background in Compensation and Benefits & function
• 7 – 10 years in HR Compensation and Benefits / different facets of HR is a plus
• Experience in People Management
• Knowledgeable on Compensation Surveys, Legal Policies
• Cultural sensitivity and Business Process skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Presentation and Facilitation skills
• Leadership, Analytical, and Critical Thinking
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City
